After spending over a decade as a first responder, I know firsthand what it means to put others first—sometimes at the cost of my own well-being. The long hours, high stress, and missed family moments were part of a career that I was proud to have. But over time, I began to realize the toll it was taking on my mind, body, and spirit.

That realization led me to make a bold change. I stepped away from emergency response and into the world of healing—founding my own spa business, a place rooted in restoration, balance, and self-care, and self-confidence.

Today, my mission is to help others—especially those who are always caring for everyone else—reclaim their peace, reconnect with themselves, and feel truly cared for. This spa isn't just a business; it's a reflection of my journey, a space created with empathy, intention, and love.

Because I’ve lived through burnout, I know how important it is to pause, to breathe, and to heal. And now, I’m here to help others do just that.
